see that lag it always happends even on offline games i dont think anyone can help lol

Get a better computer, Perhaps a $400-$500 laptop.
Make sure it has a nice processor, a decent video card, and at least 4GB memory.

Processor could be better, Quad Core is good but it is only 2.4Ghz...
