Re-install the game.Normally that error is due to modified/added files to CF folder like .dll's and shit...
Try with Reinstall or use CCleaner.
There's a CF Cleaner someone made in the injector and spammers section check if that will help.
RE-INSTALL your game .
1-Delete your CF Folder
2-RE-INSTALL IT
1-Delete your CF Folder
2-RE-INSTALL IT

When you uninstalled did you checked if there was something left in CF folder?

Disable your antivirs or change your hgwc file let someone give it to you here on mpgh
