Looking for an experienced hacker.

Ok, recently my website encountered an attack.
Not sure if it was a ddos or what.

Anyways, my website was down for a while. I traced the attacker's I.P back to a website.

Now I got a question, is there a way I can crash this website? I'm not a computer illiterate, I catch on quick. Either you can do the dirt for me, or explain to me how.
