How to run in window mode?

And there has to be a way to get a Windowed CA. There has to be. Yeah, the information might be coming from a server, but how my computer can display that information is still controlled by my computer, so it should be abled to be windowed. Even if the server receives information that CA is displayed as full screen.
But that would be going near server packets??? I think???

EDIT: When you minimize CA, can't you change the display settings of it?? Isn't there a way to change the display settings of any program that runs??

I think most modern games like CA probably have an option somewhere (possibly even hidden) to launch in a window.

DXWnD is a program that makes you run your game in windowed mode.
