I found a CS Hack and so I try and do it it donnot work, can some one help me. I want to win. I add steps in file below.

no is not, it say the steps of cs hack..
It's actually a .txt file, based on the size.
Rename it to .txt.

There WAS a blank .pdf attached, but thats has been remedied.
nothings attacheed still. so wtf wat did he have? cbf reading wat he sed i ocudlnt understand it the first time
