What time will they be done????meaning whats the converted time to eastern time???

Just go to the Combat Arms site
It shows you their server time...

most likely 2-6 hours

Just wait and be patient.

this is my first time seeing a server shut down right in a middle of a game

the servers down for 2hrs. unlike maple they stick to there estimate time or earlier.
