~File error 36~

Ok so Murphys Law Kicks in once again...
So i was playing and i guess there was some update recently..
But now everytime i try to load Vindictus the logo comesup hackshield etc. etc. and I get a little window saying

[Error]
"File system error 36"

Now i havent modded anything about vindictus I only use the Numconsole But i even tried to open it normally but the same error...is it a bug or am i really the bad with luck and games?

I honestly hope so....Because if its due to some BS i dident do ima be quite pissed considering im a iron farmer for ppl >.>

9 hour maintenance .. hope this isn't big crazy ban wave

game is on maintenance until 7am pacific time, read official forums next time or go on website

Ty but Psshh....Last time i was on that site was to get the item database and thats it >.<
i even set it to where i dont need to go to the site to log in XD

i think everybody has it so they dont have to go on site
for those of you that dont kno how to open up vindictus without going on site all you have to do is go to (Computer\Nexon\Vindictus\En-US\Vindictus.exe)<< make shortcut of Vindictus.exe and place on desktop

Well even though the game was said to be in maintenance until 7AM pacific, the website allows you to login and choose a server to play. Usually it would say 'Game Offline' if its in maint.



And for the system error 36 thingy, usually deleting the CurrentInfo.txt will fix the problem. It allows the client to re-download the hfs file and everything should be fine.

it wasnt actually the currentinfo.txt file messin u up, deleting currentinfo.txt reinstalls all your hfs files so the problem was probably in hfs files

It's most likely because they've updated some files server side but the launcher is not patching the client for you yet since the game is still under maint.

May of us hit the thanks button regardless if we were helped personally, but just to thank someone for contributing info to the community.

Well all is said and done i did del the txt file then reran it so its working now....as soon as its back up a iron farmin i a go -_-
