there was a EXP pass to do it but its got patched like 2 years ago

There are no more of these. And im pretty sure no one would make another one. Or atleast they don't know how. Correct me if i am wrong.

This was Patched, A memory editor like MHS or CheatEngine was used I think...

Nothing like this exists right now. You wont find one. If you do, It's probably a virus so don't download it.
