Please who ever knows tell me the controls to zombe fly mod for 1.7 tell me them! 
You can edit the controls in your config file that you put in your .minecraft/mods/zombe folder.
Unless you didnt install if propperly.

The default controls are:
F=Enable fly mod.
Q=Go down.
E=Go up.
Shift=Speed boost.
As @CornishShrimp said, you can edit the controls with the .txt file located in the .minecraft/mods/zombe Folder.
