why my game just not respongding any more each time i press the hotkeys?

If you bought/redeemed the game via Origin, then hover over the game and click the little "i" button. Copy the Serial key there and paste it into a black notepad (don't save). Then open the game, and when it in main menu, before logging in (or while it asks), edit Serial. Then just write down your Origin serial, but make sure to use dashes like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (the Serial in Origin doesn't have dashes, it's like XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

Hey guys, Im having some trouble making this work. It just says that the game has not been loaded.
Any advice of how to make this work?
