Seriously though, I really like it. The subtle Political commentary is really good, but I prefer the Not-So-Subtle Political commentary that makes up the bulk of the show.

the colbert report has some funny aspects, but he just copied john stewart. its kinda crappy that way

Colbert Report is ALOT more slapstick than The Daily Show, Colbert tends to poke fun at people more than events, as well as tried to publically humiliate his guests (whenever Lieber is on the show it is great...the parapalegic gay man in a wheel chair holding someone elses baby thing was hilarious when i heard it :P)

you OBVIOUSLY never watched the episode....he didn't make fun of a parapalegic, far from it, the GUEST was making a statement about how gay people should have the same right at least as disabled people. you need to actually have seen the episode....kthnxbye

i misinterpreted...i thought you were actually talking about the statement i made and the episode i was reffering to in it. that episode from that link was not the one i was reffering to, but one the less, i guess point taken.
