CROSS FIRE ERROR send Error report?

Yesterday me and my friend felt for playing Cross Fire once again. So we both downloaded the setup and installed the game. For me everything worked fine, but not for my friend . When he start the cross fire launcher and press START it begins to load, bust just as the game is going to pop up it becomes black and the error comes up. Here is a photo:

This is the solutions he have tried:

1. Run as adminstator (since he runs windows 7)
2. Reinstall the game (which he have done atleast 5 times)
3. Turn off his antivirus/firewall
4. Turn off UAC
5. Change the priority
6. He also used ccleaner
7. Read on forums

It used to work fine for him to play. So PLEASE if u have any ideas what the problem/solution is so say it. When he don't run the program as a admin he gets run-time error 5 (which we also googled)
