Crate Mod?

Hmm this idea has been wondering in my head for the last 2years and i know a lot of you guys would like this also. Does anyone think it is possible to create a mod that would improve your chances with the Black Market? even if its only the GP crates it would still be bad ass. Just thought i would throw the idea out and see if anyone would take time out of their busy schedule and see if it is possible. @TrollerCoaster maybe he could do it since he did hack their database.
