I Have Big Problem! (Cant Register)

I tried to make new account... After enter passwords emails names all i clicked I Accept. Nothing happens... Well i call my friend to make me new acc and he couldnt do it! Even tryed with my Nintendo Dsi... Nothing works!!! Plz someone help me with this!
