Requesting Serious Game Help

Okay i recently installed Microsoft C++ 2008 Express. But now when i play Combat Arms before the game starts it says:

Runtime Error!
C:/Nexon/Combatarms/Engine.exe

Should i re-install combat arms? Can anyone help?

MPGH has no hacks on here, and im too lazy to make my own.
