I NEED CHAMS AND HELP

I need help for chams. So Do I Download the Rar File and then change it to .Rez and replace it with the regular ones in the nexon files???????????????????????????? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME THE STEPS TO GET THOSE CHAMS!!!!!!! PLZ AND TY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the Rez and Mods section, you download one of the cham .rez files. Then you just put it in the Combat Arms folder, where the other .rez files are. If you want to get there,
