Do you have installed the latest drivers for your graphics card?
i think
@Flash is there anyway i can check if its completly updated to the latest version
I'm not sure, just download and install the latest version, it shouldn't be a problem if it's already installed.

What are you're Computer's spec?,and do as @Flash said.
i checked for updates on grafxs card there was none
I suggest you to reduce hardware acceleration. It's worth a shot.
1. Click Start, type Personalization in the Search box at the bottom, and then click Personalization in the Programs list.
2. Click Display Settings.
3. Click Advanced Settings.
4. Click the Troubleshooting tab, and then click Change settings.
5. If it asks you for an administrator password, type it or simply click Allow button.
6. Move the Hardware Acceleration slider two notches to the left.
7. Click OK, and then click Restart Now.
When your computer is restarted try to run Combat Arms or CrossFire again and post results.
