Ping is just shit, shows ur internet if its rly good its very low. If it sucks like HELL its high. Otherwise it can be ur computer, If its packed full of stuff it can be slow. I know how to fix it, but why help you? No point in helping you.

One little tips, Download game speedup. You speed up your game and whatever u wanna speed up.

I Will buy new net, otherwise 3.0mb/s.

It's not just your connection, WR is p2p so it depends on others' connections too

Already fixed Red Ping problem
But now is Graphic problem I Put everything high, blood bit into 32
those stuff + water and them, i get huge lagg, i have new ati radeon hd 3650 1 year old..
anyone help me fix that?

The 3650 is hella old (like 3 years) and even at that time wasn't a proper gaming gpu. You're outta luck, it just can't handle WR at that quality.
