How to edit files (Scripting)?
I think a lot of people would love it if someone would make a tutorial on how to edit the "items.bin" file to customize whatever we want >
So if you agree just make a post on a reason why you also think it would be a good idea.

It was already asked a hundred times and those with the tools to do so won't share.

It would be a bad idea cause then every nuub would have a t-nade.

use paint.net, can be used for modding and also scripting
