1. I ALWAYS have to be on the losing team when i join.
2.The game NEVER switches teams afterwards.
3. Even if the majority of my team is good, 1 asshole will die triple the amount of times he kills, making my team lose.
4. If i quit a match for w/e reason(boredom, rage, I'm the only person on my team), and try to join a NEW match, I get put in the SAME match. When games like CoD or Killzone have thousands of players, thousands of matches, and i get put in the SAME match??? Are you fucking kidding me?
5. Host lost or host quits. WHAT THE FUCK. Who designs a game, where you have all the players(8-16) playing and playing, but if 1/16 quits or leaves EVERYONE has to leave. And why do some games not let me keep my points/score? What kinda of bullshit is that?
In my honest opinion. Dedicated servers such as Valve's games along with switching teams up, solves almost every problem. (along with a kick system that has to have 9/10 vote %).

Let me guess, doing trickshots and failing trying to make a montage? I've been in that situation before.
Try CoD4, or BC2?
BC2. I tried to play black ops after like 3 months and I couldn't do it. It is just too bad.

dude one time i got on, i tried to join a game. team deathmatch. it put me in a room that had like 3 ppl. i looked at the maps u could vote for: Zoo and Convoy (hate those maps) so i left. joined again, same room. same ppl and maps. i leave and look for another room again. same room AGAIN. this happens like 6 more times before it puts me in a room by myself 2 times, then FINALLY in a full room on the map Stadium -love that map.
about 9 times in the SAME room when there are thousands of other ones open is bullshit. even 3 times in the same room is bullshit.
