Clean Mapedit? + Script model

Does somone have a clean Map edit for me.
And can somone tell me how i spawn a script model on a loctation?

This could be ok,

That will cause an error,

a clean mapedit file... it depends on how you want the map edits to be because people mase diffrent map edits like the chaotic zombie mod uses trampolines and random weapon boxes, stairways to heaven etc. and you have the chrome player forge patch mapedits : moving boxes forcefields weapon on walls etc.

what do you want in the clean map edits?
