July content update is heading your way tonight (July 20) between 11PM and 1AM next day Pacific Time. Yes, I should’ve announced it a bit earlier, but the Sign Off from our QA dept didn’t come out in time to allow me to do so. I apologize for that.
As some of you may already know or have heard, KSF got their new Capsule Shop system. Through the new system integration, you could try out rare weapons in both SP and G Coin. Detailed system description is available in Game, but here is a very rough quick summary.
1. In order to use Capsule Shop, you’ll need to convert your SP or G Coin into SP Capsule Coin or Cash Capsule Coin.
2. There are two ways to draw a capsule out of the machine.
a. Simple Draw: Where you’d receive Capsule in the order in which Capsules in the machine are placed.
b. Shake & Draw: You’ll shake the machine once to randomize the capsule order and then draw a capsule out of the machine.

Tired of hackers and glitchers getting away with their abuse, because others in your match aren’t cooperative? We’ve removed voting function. Now you’ll be able to report an abuser at an instance. Number of report per account per match is limited, so use it wisely. You do the reporting, we’ll do the ban hammering!

This month’s update comes with yet another fix for DC bugs. While all the issues aren’t fully understood by the developer, it may require some additional HotFixes or intermittent emergency maintenances to fix them all.
I know how much you hate being DCed, and I hate seeing our users not getting the service quality that they all deserve. I’m continuing my fight to push these issue fixes with Dragonfly on daily and weekly basis. I’ll update you more when more fixes are in the order.
