what script for combat training?

ok so i wanna train my att,str and def. but what script do i use? im running rsbuddy?

UltimateFighter, else just specific ones search on there.

It's for powerbot. I stopped using Powerbot shortly after I heard about them stealing accounts, but I'll search RSbuddy to find a good script that I also used..
