Tutorial for G-Force Teleport Maker

Hello guys,
i'm using G-Force V3 since the minute it was approved , but i saw :
Hotkeys - Tele Maker - F10
Now , i cant get it to work , the window pops up and everything , i press V and F and F10 and everything but i dont understand it ... Any1 does ? well then could u please explain this function ? thanks
