Text Effect Help

It looks simple enough but im having a hard time recreating hatching, any ideas?

youve just got to be original.
Mix text fonts. dont use the same one.

And if you have a sparklie tag make glowing text.
sometimes it can be hard. Sometimes text ruins the piece.

I was referring to the hatching (Scan Lines), I just had to increase the scale of my pattern

yeah if you have that pattern and it doesn't work just change the scale

Make a colour overlay. Make the overlay into a separate layer. Add motion blur.

I still don't see it either. It just takes me to the main home page of the site.
