I don't get it. If you wanna do graffitis do something nice that everyone understands and can apreciate.
Do some funny sketches or something. Looks way better than some random text or stripes.

Not in some places, they don't mind it. My saying was to mean- Tell them it isen't illegal if it's art...Some cops have to think about it but then come back with "IT IS". If this is to hard to understand, what I am saying is- Tell the cop it isen't illegal but in a different form.
