Please I need a little help ...again

I don't know why but when I open up crossfire there is almost no sound. And by almost I mean that the only sounds I hear are gun sounds from only other players in a game. I don't hear the music in the menu/lobby and gun & sound effects of my player (except for nades).

The thing is that everything is on and still the same thing...
