Ice Skate Speed Mod

Was just released in Elite section, I saw the last post in the modding section. I tried to go on it, but it said 1000 posts and above obviously making it elite. It was never approved in the normal modding section, so I guess they thought it was too for non-elites to use. Just thought you should know.
