I´want to make a blurry effect from 00:00:05 to 00:00:10
How tom make it when i seet keyfram it still show all the video blurry?
help me please

or ssend a tut or vid

Add us to effect, then cut the video where the effect should not occur, then delete the effect with video FX ( Sry My English is not Good so i use Google Translator.)
