I just made a new one with border, but tell me any touch ups you want. And of course i'll replace your name, but this is it. Tell me what border color you want also.:

You got it, as soon as i learn how.

Image > Image Size... to change the image size to fit everything into a smaller size.
Image > Canvas Size... to change the canvas size to keep image proportions but to crop parts off the edges.

That's your choice. Generally image resizing looks weird, I would suggest a canvas resize.
