No. You are not supposed to crop the image directly from the tutorial otherwise I would have just given away the PSD file. You are supposed to follow the tutorial and make your own variation of it. You have clearly just cropped it directly from the tutorial image, even the brushing, render position and random cloud filters are exactly the same, showing you cropped it directly.
