Help Me With VC++ Net.Framework!!! Help Me!!

Hi guys,i am angry help me plz...
I decided to create a d3d hack,a real d3d hack..but when i open the VC++ Project This Message appears :

But it's installed!!I ferified!! Here's the screenshot!

If i go to Net.Framework download page..i download it and Run..it's Installed Succesfully..and i restart the computer..but i tried again to run Visual c++ project this message appeared again..omg guys help me!!

Dude i think its not THe program ots your Windows edition SOme guys (i mean alot) uses windows 7 and its not even original that is why the programs Doesn't work

Do you have .NET Framework 4 VC (dont remember the name after 4 as good D

Try re install and installing it again. Turn off your anti virus and your fire wall although it shouldn't have a problem with it.
Restart your PC and turn it off for a while.

i don't have andti virus..it's only fake scam.. but thx for advice! I will try tu re install c++ and net famework..
