Whats a good video recording program?

So I suck with Fraps, Don't understand it ...
Can some one give me a program that allows me to record crossfire ,and has a zoom in feature, and pause feature.

I hate Fraps, I just fuckn hate it , I don't understand how to use it . I want something more basic .
That lets me zoom in and shit .

I hate fraps too, I can't use it to save my life, and i mean like the trail/Demo you only get 30 seconds recording... Thats not worth the download.

I need a recording program too... Camstudios is just rubbish.. It makes me lag like hell.
