Hey,
My account has been taken from me and I am wondering to how can I get a chargeback for the 160K ZP that I bought for it.
Here are the circumstances:
- I paid by credit card via PayPal
- Technically, I spent the ZP on crates but then the account got recovered from me and so I can't use the goods that I bought with it.
- I have all the transaction IDs
And yes, the account will get banned and that is exactly what I want. Should I contact support? I already tried getting the account back via support but I didn't know the "first e-mail and first password". I don't have access to the account anymore
And now I'm starting to doubt that I can even get a chargeback.... I don't think opening a dispute on PayPal will do much because I did receive the goods but I wasn't able to fully use it.
Any help would be appreciated. I am at a $160 loss right now

They stole it or you got banned?
If they stole it send a support ticket with all the information and remember the important are tran*****s.

@Takari they stole it back (recovered it) and I tried getting it back via support but I couldn't. Now, I want a chargeback for all that I spent on the ZP (getting a refund on the zp, I dont care if the account gets banned).

@Takari No. I bought the account from @celldweller and it got recovered back after I bought 160K ZP. I contacted support with all of the info (trans IDs, creation date, security answer etc.) but they said I also needed to give them "the first password and the first register email" that was used on the account (which I don't have).

it would be hard to prove that he was the one who recovered the account

But I'm sure Z8Games will not give a refund.
hmm... then how come other people are able to get chargebacks?
