No it doesn't.
Just start the program and it will work.
It's as easy as pressing click twice.

1.Time interval.
2.Random letter/number gen at end.
3.Hotkeys

No it wouldn't.
What you're thinking of is a "Packet Sender" or "Packet Spammer".

how do you use it? do i use this before maple? or do i use this after im in maple?
