Whatever happened to Harold???

Does anyone remember Harold I wonder what happened to him I kind of find it funny that no one talks about Elitevision or Harold even though he was one of the early creators of the old public hacks.

ALL OF IT WAS PUBLIC not sure if he had no recoil no spread but
his pub hack pack was the best
