Why we need this section:
I think it would be good for others to share tips and such like
I would like to get into Free running/Parkour but lack the motivation/knowledge
I think that if we had a Fitness section we would all motivate each other to push further etc
the section will help improve the lives of mpgh members
and unless you are so cruel dave, because it will reduce their time on mpgh you will approve of this section
