Uh... is that an LP in progress? I suggest desizing the wings a LOT, but only till it looks good, with the Liquify tool.

yes it is thats why it says suggestions lol and yes i have to fix that stuff i was asking for what i can add to the middle.

Well first take off the white part. For LP's it's usually best to work with no background. But do it carefully (probably need to "draw" the separation line) so the wings aren't erased, of course.

A vibrant blue/red, or blue/orange, or something kind of sky would serve as a kind of a background, just an option.

Please suggest.
