hey guys i need your help 
i just got iv yesterday like took 2 hours to download. It runs good after i patched ETC but i have one problem. The Fps is limited to 30-50 + v-sync is off. How can i make it unlimited FPS? its allways like 30 or 40. It never rockets up. Please reply if you can help

might try to install advanced sydtem care, fixed most problems for me. or go to control panel to some sort of tab and add nore Ram memory to the gta iv process. hope it helps. don remember the path in control panel now

no offence man but i have played gta 4 lots of times have beaten it also but its just so limited compared to gta sa... i mean after you beat it there is really no replay value.. i mean live is good but doe not last long i mean back to customization theres prob like 20 pairs of clothes all in total when san andreas had like over 90... theres about 12 guns in gta 4 also compared to san andreas which had like over 23.. and there were way more vehicles also including bicycles, planes ( helicopters, commercial airplanes, military issued helis, etc) you had tattoos, gaining muscle, fat, etc etc and the cheats in san andreas where alot better.. the story line was superior the acting was better... and the mods are 10000X better also all in all san andreas is better i hope you take my advice and refund your game if you can not worth it sorry.. also you had gangmembers ( recruiting also ) and you had places like deserts ( area 52 (parody of area 51) forrests, underwater swimming, and so many other things including jetpacks, tanks etc etc....
and this is only like half the things san andreas had..

My pc is amd athlon x3 415 3 cpu's 2.51Ghz 3GB DDR3 RAM / 1TB HARD DRIVE / ATI 4300/4500 512MB
aff that fuck doesn't work on my pc.
Get a new pc, profit.
Get better CPU and GPU.
man my pc is ok rofl its just stuck on 30 i mean there must be a hiddin vsync or sommin. I bet some people cant even run the freeking game and they have i3 processors
