Alright, i worked on it a little, and here is what i am shooting back at you guys to look at.
darker version... i like this one.

you should set your glows on a lighter blue or something not gray.
Left side to dark.
Read some tutorials you'll get there or go for trail 'n error its slow but rewarding way to do.
