Yes there are but a lot of them require a lot of youtube accounts to use with and those are not included meaning you usually have to buy accounts.

Vagex(Google it) It works great, just make a account, they give you some free credits to get started, then after that all you need to do to get credits is Download their Viewer program, and run that and it will watch youtube videos automaticly and you get points for each vid it watches. And Yes this will bypass the view freeze that youtube does. Please if you decide to check this out use my referral code (Put /?ref=90250 at the end of the vagex url)

Vagex is terrible, they randomly ban accounts.
