yar from scratch and u do know that bike is a render -.-
i have made 100's of cars following tutorials. and quite a few from scratch in the "toon" style. ive only made like 3 or 4 game quality cars


ofc thats not mine its nfs undercover just demonstates the style i aim for.
it takes me weeks to do a wheel D: thats why i prefer to just go over real cars and make them look computer gen.
