IIRC the fast repetitiion of a skill that's not available is something that's been on a chinese hack, which means that whoever is doing this one is probably simply reusing the chinese hack with updated hooks for SEA.
Which, BTW, is something I've been suggesting since the beginning, being that it would be the fastest and most efficient way to solve the problem.
