Noobie here and i need help please

So, I installed pie binds, Vin.dll V3 and sinject
all like it should be.. and nothing works.. maybe i'm missing something can someone please help?

Wher the hell did you get V3?

I typed in google search Vin.dll V3 and it came up.. and on this site.. or maybe i didn't read it right..; but it says VinV3 zip

should i just uninstall everything and try over?

Use V5, maybe?
