Is it possible to make Scope on M16?

Is it possible to Rez Mod or whatever.. a scope on a random weapon, like the m16?

I found some stuff in memory, Zoom etc
and i found Zoom Types like:
1 = NoZoom
18 = for sniper
20 = for M4a1, Micro GALIL-Scope etc...
24 = for AUG A1 WEM&SG552 WEM etc...

So is it possible to make it? i think it is possible

Maybe coders like Ahmed or someone else like machida, can code it. and maybe an idea, im sure it isnt server sided, and no errors
no errors(i think, cuz Zoom is just more WeaponRange.. and better view , recoil etc)

Is it possible to look to the Right and Left at the same time?

If you want M16 with scope, just use M16 camo from Bonus Points
