Help with CombatArm Hacks D/l

When i followed everything in the instructions. I downloaded the hacks. Extracted but i think somethings wrong with the settings. Do i have to extract to Combat Arms fold too? Or to the mss folder? And also when i started COMbat arms. It goes to an error.. INVALID LOGIN!!

1. Register an account @ mpgh.net.
2. Post thanks at our Public Combat Arms thread.
3. Download the hack.
4. Extract the hack into the Combat Arms folder, or copy and paste into the Combat Arms folder.
5. Edit settings.ini and put your login there.
6. Start Combat Arms.
7. If you see the text at the bottom right hand corner, you're ready to play - otherwise restart the client.
8. Press Delete on your keyboard to access the menu.
9. Enjoy.
