why aren't the hacks working

Each time i try starting up combat arms and go to the log i screen nothing happens. Can someone help me out?

1. Disable AV
2. Rename .asi file

how do i do that? I mean how do i disable AV?

now each time i start combat arms it says incorrect info and combat arms closes!

You have to uninstall it. Its running in the background if you basically just disable it. Then try the hacks. Please read the stickies before making threads.
