Vindi Updates-/Possible miss list.

*To start, I'm new to the forums here,
I typically just lurk around and cheat at vindictus,
-sidenote, thank you all for your spectacular work.

Alright, so today! at 4pm central, vindictus will shut down and

they're be a new client download,

IMO- this is probably some way to combat botting/hacking.

Although they claim it's a bug fix,
which in fact, they might be fixing a few bugs,

SO! -Topic

Probably a famous question that goes around these parts,

IF, Injecting no longer works,

Could it perhaps be the end for cheating?
What are the chances of Nexon NA being able to halt all hacking...

I'm sure they've tried numerous times, but with a new client,
they actually might be able to stop all "hacks".

How would they "fix" injecting?

The New Vindictus update has an entirely new client download.

I'm not an expert on injections, but I'm willing to say they don't work on all games.

based on how much information is server side, I suppose?

But the new clients hack-shield could be far better then the current one.

We will see. There are other methods than injecting.

well. I guess it's up to fate to see if Nexon wins, which I highly doubt since they're failures.

Every patch = a new client download, and every patch they've thought they had us stumped. Every patch we prove them wrong. It's just a matter of time, and patience. There's only TWO ways for hacks to never work in game, and that's to make EVERY command, variable, and trigger server sided, (even then memory leaks could result in being able to "fix" that problem.)
The second method is if we (the collective commons that contain the necessary level of intelligence to make hacks) stopped working on them, and we have WWAYYY too much fun doing it, so that won't happen.

Just wait and see, more than likely, they'll throw us some curve balls, and we'll find a way around it eventually. We're hackers we don't give up, we code opportunity!

I love you hackers (no homo). Always so adaptive. They can never stop botting because somewhere someone will always find a way.

you see what i think theyll do is send sex bots after us so as to stop anyone from hacking the game because theyll be too distracted with there sex bot... at least if i had a gaming company that's how i would stop hackers.
