CURRENT SLOTS 28, The VPN tunnel does not have enough bandwith even though I have 5mbs upload the server only have 1mbs

EDIT: Can you make it so that more players can join or isnt that possible?

EDIT2: Still hanging on connecting whole time rejoining doesn't help.
