changing name

how can i change my name from my name to something else?

I think VIP and Donor can do at anytime.

He's a VIP, so I'm pretty sure this rule doesn't apply in his case.

I thought Donator was the only special usergroup that you could do that for. Well, I suppose VIP could do it too.
